Rooster Fried Chicken in Frankfurt

Tried it for the second time and I have to admit that I am positively surprised. The chicken filet burger and crispy chicken are sensational, really crispy and juicy. Hot wings also taste better than from the well-known American fast food chain. The only thing to complain about are the buns, they are too sweet and break apart quickly. Apart from the chicken, I can also recommend the beefburger and the fish wrap. The fish wrap in particular is simply delicious. However, it is more of a snack than a meal. For a fast food chain, I find the price a bit expensive, but the quality of the chicken is definitely good. Beef patties and fish seem to be standard patties, so nothing special. It's worth trying it out. Definitely better then the known fastfood chains.

This shop doesn't deserve a star! The wings taste like boiled socks. So wobbly, full of fat and tasteless. It is said that there is nothing wrong with french fries. The truth is YOU CAN! NEVER AGAIN!

Actually like to eat there, but a few days ago I called and ordered something (to pick up). Then I picked up the food and at home I saw that something was missing and then had to walk back. Annoying! Please do your job right!

Once and never again. Instead of 45 minutes, the delivery took 2.5 hours. Chicken was cold, french fries saggy and something was missing. There was no response to the request or we should be called back for compensation. We wait until today. I recommend anyone who wants to try this restaurant to only pay via PayPal. So your money is not entirely lost.

at rooster you have high quality food. In the meantime, more and more fried chicken fast-food restaurants are trying their hand at the "halal" category. However, I don't like it with other competitors. Rooster, on the other hand, has tasty burgers and hot wings, even if the prices are not necessarily cheap, it's worth it. I recommend it and especially the double crunch burger.

I can't understand all the good reviews. I placed a major order today and my colleagues and I are disappointed and upset. To eat: The side dishes were average and ok. The Rooster Double Decker Burger was okay at best. The bun and meat were dry, the sauce was tasty. Overall, I would give the burger 4/10 points. The hot wings were by far the worst we have ever eaten. The meat was extremely dry, the breading soaked in oil, soft and tasteless. The meat looked partly inedible and unfortunately had to be thrown in the bin because we suspected that we had sold the leftover meat for the week. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the shop or the food to anyone with a clear conscience.

The staff couldn't even take my order and was overwhelmed when I asked them what was in my Bürger and my salad. I then waited over an hour for my food to be delivered and when I got it I was missing my coke. It's a shame, but a little structure wouldn't hurt the store

Ordered through Lieferando and I regret it. They forgot half of a menu box and then I had to call twice to get it at all and in the end I only got one of the 2 missing items. I was told that the next time I would say that they owe me another Fanta. Hello?! I already had to call twice to remind her.

In itself, a great alternative to KFC. However, the fries are just okay, they're pretty raggy and not crispy. The burgers themselves are okay, but high-quality meat is not tasty. The hot wings tasted good this time and there was a bottle of coke in the Menu included (Box 5). Now and then it's okay to order food there, but not too often to our liking.

First of all, it is very difficult to get through by phone during peak hours. Unfortunately, I tried to reach someone for 20 minutes in vain The website can be revised and the new location on Eschersheimer Landstrasse updated I ordered a Sizzler burger menu on site and I have to say the burger itself tasted great. Nice and hot and the breading was crispy However, the fries still have to be worked on, they tasted like rubber and warmed up. Unfortunately, I noticed this with several orders Service definitely needs to be worked on here. You set yourself up as a fast food chain and want to act like KFC, but the processes don't seem to be well thought out. The staff make an effort, but I think there is a bit of work to be done on the motivation and friendliness. In my presence, the customers were put off several times over the phone that the food would be delivered soon. But after repeated visits to the shop, I give an honest 3 stars overall and would order food there again.

Although we wanted to give up a delivery worth around 50€, they would not bother to deliver directly into the city (which is around 100 meters outside of their delivery area). Will not bother to try again.

June 2020 My word! Don’t eat here. I regret giving it a 5 star rating last time. I suffered after eating their microwaved months old burgers (the patties). It’s not healthy. Please don’t waste your money. September 2019 5 stars Absolutely fantastic. The burgers tasted better than the costly and tasteless stuff you get from KFC. Deserves a 5 star.

I would never order there again and have something delivered !!! If you could I would give 0 stars! Ordered at 8:30 p.m. Delivery time should be 45 minutes. When there was still no food delivered after an hour, we called several times. A woman said the driver would leave in 5 minutes ... 30 minutes later & still no food. So I called again but nobody answered the phone on the same number. Then she started again from another number. She wanted to call back and we waited in vain. At 10:15 p.m. the doorbell rang ... there was no price concurrence or anything else ... a shame!
